I have enjoyed my week home with Kate but I'm excited for school to start back up because the quicker that happens the quicker summer gets here!!

Professional Pictures
Ok so for months I have been planning on taking Kate to get her first professional pictures over Spring Break. I decided to take her to Picture People a cute little upscale picture place in the mall that specializes in children's pictures. I made the appointment for 11:30 and then started planning on how the morning would go. I planned her naps, the car ride, her feedings, her diaper change, etc all down to the minute so she would be in a smiley mood at 11:30. And she was in a smiley mood at 11:30, it's just too bad they didn't call us to take the pictures until 12:00. By that time she was tired so definitely not as smiley. Luckily she hadn't crossed over into the screamy mood so it wasn't a complete failure. Here are some of the pictures. I think they turned out pretty cute. Erin - your blog is so cute. I love the borders. And of course Kate is cute too. You were brave to take her to have her pictures made. My mother-n-law did Anthony's with the help of her husband. I would be too scared he would start crying!
